This week we will focus on promoting innovation and transformation in nursing. We will also explore the ways in which the intra-
/interprofessional team facilitate effective collaboration and encourages transformation in the healthcare field. For this discussion, reflect on
what you have seen in your practice environment with respect to innovation and transformation.
• In your discussion response, either select an innovation that you have seen being used in practice or an innovation you have read about in
the literature.
