Pharmacogenomics is the study of using an individual’s genomic information to better understand, or predict, how they may respond to a particular drug, for the purpose of efficacy, tolerability, safety, and dosage. There is growing evidence for a possible place of genomic testing in psychiatry. Please search for and critique one quantitative article (preferably a randomized controlled trial) that studies any psychiatric medication in the context of a particular genomic profile. This could concern pharmacodynamics (what the drug does to the body) or pharmacokinetics (what the body does to the drug).

A) Describe 3 different types of brain stimulation methods and identify patients you might treat with each type.
B) Describe the clinical manifestations of Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa and their differences. Please provide one potential treatment for each, pharmacological and/or psychosocial.
